Project Manager (SailPoint IGA) - IAM - Outside IR35 - Insurance

In support of a major health insurance client, we are seeking an experienced Technical Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SailPoint implementation programme. The role will focus on managing complex IAM transformations across the organisation, coordinating a third-party implementation partner, and ensuring successful deployment of enterprise identity governance capabilities aligned with security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks., * Lead end-to-end delivery of SailPoint IGA implementations across planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment.

• Define programme roadmap, governance structures, milestones, OKRs, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage and coordinate third-party implementation partners and cross-functional technical teams.
• Oversee delivery of identity life cycle management (JML), access certification, RBAC, and entitlement management capabilities.
• Ensure integration with enterprise systems including Active Directory, HR platforms, ServiceNow, ERP systems, and cloud applications.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across IAM, security architecture, IT operations, HR, audit, and compliance teams, including senior executives.
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, budget, and delivery progress with executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate testing phases including SIT, UAT, and production deployment, ensuring high-quality releases.
• Ensure alignment with security frameworks, internal governance standards, and regulatory requirements such as NIST.
• Develop business cases, secure resources, and support post-implementation operational handover and support models.

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex IT or Cyber Security projects, including large-scale IAM or IGA programmes.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow implementations.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering enterprise IAM transformations.
• Strong experience managing third-party vendors, system integrators, and delivery partners.
• Solid understanding of Identity Governance concepts including JML, RBAC, access certification, and segregation of duties.
• Experience managing integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, operating in complex enterprise environments.
