Job description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support and manage the full lifecycle of IT assets across the assigned region. This role combines end-user support, hardware asset management, and vendor coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic IT environment., IT Support & Operations

  • Diagnose and resolve incidents involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • Perform system installations, imaging, configurations, and upgrades for end-user devices
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain and update documentation, FAQs, and technical knowledge base

IT Asset Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement)
  • Utilize asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Intune, JAMF) for tracking and reporting
  • Conduct inventory checks, audits, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
  • Oversee secure disposal or return of decommissioned equipment in compliance with policies
  • Generate reports on hardware usage, refresh cycles, and compliance

Field & Regional Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for onsite IT support within the assigned region
  • Coordinate with vendors and logistics providers for device deliveries, repairs, and returns
  • Ensure adherence to global IT and security standards across regional sites

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Field Engineering roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, device imaging, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with IT asset management tools (ServiceNow, Intune, JAMF, or similar)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
