Job description

Within the E-Business Europe team, the CRM Project Manager Europe actively contributes to the deployment of the D2C client and prospect activation strategy for the Europe region, with the objective of delivering an excellent omnichannel and personalized client experience, relying on client knowledge and Data between Dior Boutiques, Department Stores, and Dior.com. This role is crucial for orchestrating client activation plans, ensuring data quality, and driving the adoption of CRM tools and best practices across European markets.

This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) designed to reinforce the team during the CRM Manager's maternity leave.

The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Central CRM teams (D2C Client Data & Activation and Client Development), European markets, LVMH Beauty Tech, as well as E-commerce, Client Services, and Retail Europe teams.

  1. CRM Strategy & Data
  • Deploy the European CRM strategy in line with business priorities and client database growth objectives.
  • Contribute to client data collection improvement initiatives and cross-functional omnichannel projects, in collaboration with Central teams and LVMH Beauty Tech.
  1. Client Engagement & Omnichannel Activation
  • Participate in the design and implementation of omnichannel animation plans (OTO and OTM), adapting communication channels to client segments (newsletters, print, clienteling).
  • Oversee campaign production in Adobe Campaign and support the Campaign Manager in prioritization, planning, and deliverables follow-up.
  • Contribute to the rollout of key CRM programs (Clienteling and automated lifecycle) and their continuous optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization levers, and implement A/B testing.
  • Share relevant benchmarks and best practices to enhance CRM mechanics and editorial approach.
  1. Market Support & Coordination
  • Support markets in the execution of CRM campaigns and ensure alignment with European guidelines.

  • Act as a key point of contact for local CRM teams and facilitate best practice sharing across markets.

  • Monitor campaign execution at local level and provide support when needed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: You will enhance your ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal teams (E-commerce, Client Services, Retail, IT) and market CRM Managers, fostering effective communication and coordination across different departments.

  • Omnichannel Client Journey Understanding & Optimization: You will gain a deep understanding of how to orchestrate seamless client experiences across various online and offline touchpoints, contributing to a unified and personalized customer journey.

  • CRM Manager: Progress to a more senior CRM role, taking full ownership of CRM strategy definition and team leadership for a specific market or region.
  • CRM Data Analyst / Specialist: Specialize further in leveraging data for deeper insights, segmentation, and advanced CRM analytics.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac + 4/5) in Marketing, E-Business, Data or equivalent.
  • Ideally, you would have a first experience (1 to 2 years) in CRM with a focus on client activation and data management in the Retail or Luxury domain, preferably within a regional scope.
  • Hard skills :
  • Strong sensitivity to CRM, client experience, and Data.
  • Adobe Campagin or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of a CRM or reporting tool (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Soft skills :
  • Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Agile and proactive, with a strong sense of rigor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international and cross-functional team environment.
  • Results-oriented and client satisfaction-driven.
