Technical Information Analyst

As a Technical Information Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear technical specifications. You will play a key role in designing system integrations, APIs, and business rule processes while supporting the full software development lifecycle., * Liaise with business stakeholders and IT specialists to gather and document requirements

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
• Map and model processes, data flows, and system interactions
• Design, develop, and maintain SOAP services and RESTful APIs
• Support the evolution of Business Rule Engines, Admin Tools, and APIs
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
• Validate requirements and resolve ambiguities or conflicts
• Create flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and information models

• 6-8 years of experience as an Information Analyst / Business Analyst in a software environment
• Strong understanding of IT landscapes and system integration
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP services
• Experience with process modeling and visual modeling tools
• Knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL
• Ability to create:

• Flow diagrams
• Request/response models
• Sequence diagrams
• Information models, * Experience with Enterprise Architect

• Experience with Drools (Business Rule Management System)
