Senior Business Analyst - Data & Insights

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst - Data & Insights to support the development and maintenance of future-proof, compliant Business Intelligence (BI) solutions within a complex and fast-evolving environment.

This role focuses on delivering clear, actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making and support regulatory and compliance objectives, including the prevention of financial crime., * Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for BI and data teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define solutions aligned with strategic goals
• Provide an end-to-end perspective on data products, ensuring scalability and long-term value
• Maintain and enhance existing data products to ensure compliance and future readiness
• Support Agile/Scrum team processes and contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working
• Guide team members in refining requirements and improving stakeholder engagement
• Proactively identify business needs and connect data insights to decision-making processes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a complex, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in BI tools (preferably Power BI)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), * Experience within financial services or regulated environments
• Knowledge of financial crime prevention frameworks
