Job description

As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will lead technical refinement sessions, translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping technical strategy, supporting both immediate delivery and long-term vision, particularly across Service Cloud and its integrated applications whilst driving innovation and business value., * Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Build and optimise Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes
  • Support integrations with external systems via APIs and MuleSoft endpoints
  • Ensure development aligns with best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Conduct code reviews and uphold high coding standards
  • Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Continuously refactor and improve existing code to enhance performance and maintainability

Requirements

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT, with 5+ years' experience working on enterprise-grade platforms (Salesforce, Service Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM applications)
  • Strong technical expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, JavaScript (ES6+), SOQL, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with database technologies, Git-based version control (e.g. Bitbucket), and containerisation tools such as Docker
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritise and work independently
