In this role, you'll support the Global Integration function within our Broadcom OEM team, ensuring every integration build is executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations. If you need adjustments throughout the recruitment process, we're here to support you., The Integration Services Specialist plays a key role within Global Integration, supporting the Broadcom OEM team by executing all integration-related activities required to meet customer contractual obligations. You will manage every stage of the integration process - from component supply through to BOM management and shipping - ensuring seamless service delivery via our integration centre in Bor (CZ). This includes coordinating builds using the "BTO" process in SAP 4.6 and the "BTS" process in SAP 6.8 (legacy TS). This is a complex, detail-rich role touching multiple bespoke systems and processes. It requires accuracy, structure, and a methodical approach to every task. What You'll Be Doing End-to-End Integration Execution

  • Execute all operational tasks required to support integration services and meet customer contractual requirements.
  • Manage integration workflows using SAP 4.6 (BTO) and SAP 6.8 (BTS).
  • Coordinate build activities with the integration centre in Bor (CZ).

Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including: Sales & BDMs, Procurement, Planners, Product Marketing, Bid Support, Operations, Warehouse & Logistics, Inbound/Outbound teams, Integration & Solution Centres, SDS Technical Teams & Engineers, Vendors, Customers, Carriers, Credit & AR, CiBOT, IMEX, CAM Team, and IT (including testing & process ownership). Operational Processing & Accuracy

  • Handle sales order creation, BOM management, scheduling, and shipping coordination.
  • Manage stock transfers between platforms and consignment stock programs.
  • Support cost, margin, and profitability control related to integration.
  • Monitor and manage ageing stock held for integration.

Systems & Process Expertise

  • Work across multiple bespoke systems with precision and consistency.
  • Maintain high data accuracy in all integration-related systems.
  • Follow methodical and carefully planned approaches to every operational workflow.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Some college education (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to follow instructions and proactively request clarification
  • Strong complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with management levels
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong experience with computer systems and applications (advanced level)
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven mindset
