Job description
We are looking for an SC Cleared SAS Data Engineer to support secure Government data projects. You will build and maintain SAS-based data pipelines, deliver reliable SQL transformations, and work closely with policy and operational teams to create trusted, high-quality data solutions., * Develop and optimise SAS data pipelines (Enterprise Guide, Viya)
- Build accurate, high-performance SQL transformations
- Translate Business Requirements into secure technical solutions
- Perform unit testing and data validation to meet Government assurance standards
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver long-term fixes
- Document data workflows and logic clearly and consistently
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance required
- Strong SAS Enterprise Guide experience
- Advanced SQL, including performance tuning
- Experience with SAS Viya or cloud-enabled SAS
- Proven data validation and testing capability
- Knowledge of data models, flows, and public-sector processes
- Able to work independently and within agile/hybrid teams
