IT Technician

You will play a vital role in ensuring technology across the school operates efficiently, supporting both academic and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to staff and students across the school Maintain hardware, software, and network systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly Support classroom technology including interactive boards and devices Assist with system upgrades, installations, and maintenance Manage user accounts and permissions Ensure systems are secure and compliant with safeguarding standards

Experience in an IT support role (education desirable) Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Commitment to supporting teaching and learning through technology
