MS Dynamics 365 CE Developer/Architect

My client is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer/Architect to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet evolving business needs. You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE solutions across core modules
• Build Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) on Dataverse
• Develop and implement Power Automate flows (cloud, desktop, and business process flows)
• Create custom plugins, PCF controls, and web resources using C#, JavaScript, and .NET
• Integrate D365 with third-party systems using APIs and Azure services
• Develop and maintain Dataverse data models ensuring performance and security
• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Conduct testing, debugging, and issue resolution
• Support AI-enabled features (eg Copilot) and advise on governance and adoption

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead solution design and translate business requirements into scalable architectures
• Produce technical documentation (designs, diagrams, specifications)
• Define development standards, governance, and ALM strategies
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Provide technical guidance and challenge requirements where appropriate
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing
• Collaborate within Agile delivery environments

Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

• Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse (data modelling, security, APIs)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Integration Services)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
• Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualifications & Certifications Required:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborative approach across technical and business teams
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions
