Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant leader and agile coach for one or more squads. Your mission is to ensure the effective application of the Scrum framework, coach teams toward self-organization, and help them overcome obstacles to maximize delivery and business value., Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Support the Product Owner with backlog management and refinement.
• Track and report on team performance (velocity, capacity, impediments).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Remove internal and external blockers to support efficient delivery.
• Act as an ambassador of Agile practices across the organization.
• Support team alignment with company goals and IT strategy.

Are you passionate about Agile methodologies and team empowerment? We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment., 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, with strong knowledge of Scrum principles and Agile coaching techniques.

• Solid understanding of Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and continuous integration/testing practices.
• Proven experience in IT projects, ideally within the banking or financial sector (a plus).
• Strong communicator with coaching mindset and servant leadership attitude.
• Fluent in English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).
