Consultant - Business & IT Consultancy

Your primary focus will be client engagements, which will constitute the majority of your time. These engagements may involve working as part of high-performing teams embedded within client organisations or contributing to Sopra Steria's fixed-price projects within multidisciplinary teams. As a Consultant, you'll play an active role in client projects from day one. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, help shape solutions, contribute to business development, and share knowledge within the team. Depending on the project, you may be involved in Business or Functional Analysis, Project Management, Architecture, or Agile/Scrum facilitation.

• Education: you recently completed a Master's degree, ideally with a focus on business, IT, economics, or management.
• Experience: a first experience in Business/IT Consulting or any other relevant domain. Motivation, curiosity, and a strong interest in consulting and digital transformation matter most.
• Business & Tech mindset: you're passionate about digitalisation and technology, and enjoy connecting business needs with IT solutions.
• Areas of Expertise: any skills obtained in one or more of the following domains is a plus: IT Advisory (Target Operating Models), Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
• Consulting mindset: strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships, familiarity with business development approaches, and a strong connection to the Consulting "motherhouse."
• Languages: you are fluent in either Dutch or French, have a good working knowledge of the other national language, and are fluent in English.
