Job description
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the redesign and implementation of key business processes, data models, and digital systems. You will play a central role in decommissioning legacy platforms and supporting the transition to Microsoft Dynamics?based solutions., * Model, analyze, and optimize business processes across multiple functions.
- Define and design data models to support evolving operational needs.
- Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements.
- Test and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Contribute to the decommissioning of existing CRM and Grants Management systems.
- Facilitate workshops with SMEs, BPOs, and key internal stakeholders.
- Create training materials and deliver training sessions to end?users.
- Support change?management activities and contribute to internal communications.
- Collaborate with cross?functional teams, including ICT and operational departments.
- Coordinate with external consultants to refine and validate system designs.
- Ensure smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem?solving skills.
- Experience working within an NGO or international organization.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise systems.
- Hands?on experience in CRM decommissioning and/or replacing legacy systems.
- Familiarity with Grants Management process flows and related tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organized, structured, and methodical.
- Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo to identify process improvements.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English and French, spoken and written.
- 6-9 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a business analyst, consultant, process manager, or internal auditor.
- Proficient with CRM/ERP platforms, BI tools, and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio or similar).
- Experience in supporting change adoption within operational teams.
