Your Mission As a (Senior) MES Consultant, you'll work closely with both national and international clients to optimise and implement MES solutions, particularly in environments integrated with SAP. From early-stage concept development to design and rollout, you'll guide clients through transformative projects that enhance manufacturing operations. You'll take ownership of full and sub-projects, lead workshops, and support presales activities. Your technical and process knowledge will help deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and support modern manufacturing needs. What You'll Do Drive MES implementation projects, especially with SAP-integrated systems (ideally SAP DMC) Optimise client manufacturing processes and design tailored MES solutions Lead workshops, deliver functional designs, and support rollouts Take part in presales efforts, including client consultation and proposal support Collaborate closely with technical teams and clients throughout the full project lifecycle What You'll Bring

Project experience with MES systems, ideally integrated with SAP (e.g. SAP DMC) Process knowledge in related SAP modules (e.g. PP, MM, QM) Basic ABAP skills are an advantage Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Fluent in German with good English proficiency Moderate travel flexibility within project scope A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for digital manufacturing innovation
