Your Mission As a Senior Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors, you'll take on a key role in advising clients on core HR processes, leading implementations, and designing tailored process improvements. You'll help clients transition to modern HXM solutions while taking responsibility for (partial) project leadership. What You'll Do Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects with a focus on core HR processes Analyse business needs and design customer-specific process enhancements Support end-to-end delivery and act as a (partial) project manager where applicable Collaborate with peers across adjacent solutions (e.g. SAP ERP HCM, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qualtrics) Contribute to sales efforts, webinars, or internal initiatives like blog writing, if desired Mentor junior colleagues and help shape internal knowledge sharing What You'll Bring Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including several full-cycle implementations

Certification and expertise in at least one module (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding) Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset High degree of self-organisation and excellent communication skills Fluent German and good English proficiency Willingness to travel moderately
