Help shape the future of HR by driving digital transformation across enterprise and public sector clients. This is your opportunity to work on meaningful SAP HCM projects that optimise people processes and improve organisational performance at scale. Your Mission As an SAP HCM Consultant, you'll work with national and international clients to evaluate, design, and implement efficient HR management processes. From gathering requirements to rollout, you'll play a key role in modernising HR systems and supporting transformation initiatives. Depending on your experience, you may also take on team or sub-project leadership responsibilities, or develop into a deep technical expert. What You'll Do Analyse business requirements and define streamlined HR process designs Lead or support the implementation and customisation of SAP HCM, including roles and authorisations Design system extensions and integrations (RICEFW objects) Support test planning, execution, and production go-live Deliver regular status updates and manage tasks within your area of responsibility Progress into either a specialist expert or project leadership path What You'll Bring
Requirements
A degree or equivalent training in a relevant field At least 5 years of professional experience working with SAP HCM Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support Deep knowledge of at least one core area: PA, OM, SW, LSO, PE, PT, PY, or E-Recruiting Ideally, experience with SAP ILM and familiarity with the transition to HCM for S/4HANA Strong communication skills in German (C1 or above) and English Willingness to travel as needed
