Job description
- Implementation of AI Integration Logic: Develop and maintain Python-based middleware that connects external LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) to internal systems, ensuring agents can execute specific business tasks
- Data Pipeline Development: Build and optimize data flows from legacy databases and Snowflake to provide AI agents with structured, high-quality context
- Tool & API Engineering: Create and manage "tools" (Action-Oriented AI) that allow LLMs to interact with database tables and software functions
- Support & Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI agent workflows, providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure successful task execution
- Collaborative Development: Handles subtasks within larger AI projects, working closely with the senior experts to implement architectural blueprints
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluates the effectiveness of data structures and code logic, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance agent accuracy and speed
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Apprenticeship in a technical field (Computer Science/Data) is required

Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Data Science, or a related field preferred

Proactive Mindset with a high degree of entrepreneurship, innovation & change, and a proven willingness to learn (going the "extra mile" to master new AI frameworks)

Technical Expertise with basic to intermediate knowledge of Python and SQL

Data & Process Knowledge including a basic knowledge of database methods (Legacy SQL and Snowflake) and systematic presentation of analysis results

Strong AI Curiosity and Interest in "Agentic" workflows and modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)

English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must-have, German is a "nice to have"
