Your Mission As an SAP Functional Consultant, you'll lead transformation projects from concept to implementation. You'll advise clients on selecting the right SAP modules and technologies, design end-to-end solutions, and ensure business value remains at the core of every engagement. Depending on your experience, you'll also have the opportunity to manage your own project teams. What You'll Do Manage planning and scoping of SAP transformation projects Design and specify functional and process-oriented requirements across SAP modules Collaborate closely with clients to define SAP technology roadmaps that drive growth Prepare and execute module-specific and integration testing Take on project team leadership responsibilities as your experience allows What You'll Bring

A degree in economics, business informatics, or a related field Hands-on SAP consulting experience, ideally in sectors such as Resources, Financial Services, Communications, Media, or Products Deep knowledge of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and relevant modules (e.g. FI/CO, SCM, MM, Banking, Insurance) Experience with process and change management in transformation contexts Fluency in both German and English
