What You'll do:

  • Provide Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change

  • Management).

  • Manage and support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.

  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

  • Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors to ensure service delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician (L2) or in a similar enterprise IT support role.

  • Strong expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise-level applications.

  • Hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) and ticketing systems.

  • Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking environments.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
