Job description

Role location - Initially Moorgate, London; relocating to Slough, Berkshire where the role will be site-based 5 days/week., * Lead and coordinate the planning process for the building and infrastructure elements of the project, providing a proactive and professional service to the planning and project teams in line with the project planning and programming strategy.

  • Contribute to the development and ongoing management of the project planning and programming strategy.
  • Support the management team in preparing method statements that meet project requirements and delivery objectives.
  • Manage the preparation, maintenance, and ongoing update of all project programmes, including the Master Integrated Programme and programmes for Design, Procurement, Construction, MEP coordination, Commissioning, and Handover.
  • Monitor progress against programme and contribute to the preparation of accurate internal and external progress reports, ensuring timely and professional communication with project leadership, the client, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of the successful delivering of the planning function on London Commercial related design and build projects.
  • Experienced in delivering within live operational sites.
  • Excellent working experience and knowledge of Primavera P6 planning software and experience in other software, such as Asta PowerProject.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading the planning function on all phases of a project from design to construction and handover.
  • Valuable to have experience in delivering the planning function on FIDIC forms of contracts across a range of project types and values.
  • Advantageous to have experience of Datacentre projects.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance to required level.
  • Ability and willingness to work across Greater London and Slough.
