Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer to join a global technology organisation within a Partner Platform team. This platform is used worldwide by content providers to manage and deliver digital content, including media and entertainment assets. The role is a 12 month contract to begin with, inside IR35. It is offered mostly remote with the team only attending the london office twice per month., * Demonstrate proven development and implementation experience across the ServiceNow platform
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
- Engage with stakeholders in a consultative and influential manner
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Plan, estimate, and scope platform changes
- Design, build, and implement enhancements to the platform
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and comfortable collaborating with both local and remote teams., * 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with Service Portal development
Desirable Experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments

Technical Skills
- Strong ServiceNow development experience (3+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal
- Solid background in web technologies including HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTTP, and REST/SOAP
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Ability to work in Agile environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
