Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer to join a global technology organisation within a Partner Platform team. This platform is used worldwide by content providers to manage and deliver digital content, including media and entertainment assets. The role is a 12 month contract to begin with, inside IR35. It is offered mostly remote with the team only attending the london office twice per month., * Demonstrate proven development and implementation experience across the ServiceNow platform

  • Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Engage with stakeholders in a consultative and influential manner
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Plan, estimate, and scope platform changes
  • Design, build, and implement enhancements to the platform

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and comfortable collaborating with both local and remote teams., * 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

  • Strong experience with Service Portal development

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments

Technical Skills

  • Strong ServiceNow development experience (3+ years)
  • Hands-on experience with Service Portal
  • Solid background in web technologies including HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTTP, and REST/SOAP
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations
  • Ability to work in Agile environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Experience with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe

Certifications (Desirable)

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
