- Design, develop, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Provide expert insight into platform capabilities and best practices
- Work closely with global stakeholders in a consultative manner
- Plan, estimate, and deliver platform enhancements
- Build integrations and optimise platform performance
Requirements

Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience (3+ years)

Proven track record delivering across the ServiceNow platform

Solid Service Portal development experience

Strong technical background across:

JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
-
REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, HTTP Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems Comfortable working in Agile environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Nice to Have:

Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Experience working in SAFe / Scrum frameworks

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

Understanding of SaaS / Cloud technologies
