Enterprise Services Principal Administrator (Identity)

We have an exciting opportunity Enterprise Services Principal Administrator (Identity) to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for the end-to-end physical, virtual and cloud platforms across Harrods supporting us as we navigate through the next part of our journey. About the Role The Enterprise Services Principal Administrator (Identity) will be responsible for taking on the current Harrods IT strategy and driving it to delivery through the creation of the roadmaps, principles, and guiderails; while continuing to evolve the strategy alongside our Infosec and Architecture teams to ensure we have a secure and agile infrastructure/cloud platform. Our Infrastructure should be resilient, evergreen and we should operate a modern 'as a service' infrastructure that eliminates the need for large, expensive upgrade programs This role will be key in delivering our infrastructure transformation over the next 3/5 years and will be responsible for build, support, and delivery of the platform that will be at the core of Harrods IT going forward

Our ideal candidate will be a technical leader across IT Infrastructure (IaC covering Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Kubernetes, Entra, AD, VCF and Azure Infrastructure), that can also demonstrate clear leadership in infrastructure transformation, with a very clear focus on delivery and optimisation. It is important that have previous experience with One Identity Active Roles and Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. We are looking for someone who has a detailed knowledge around the delivery of Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration. (Ansible, Terraform, GitLab), as well as strong technical knowledge including Microsoft Technologies, Ubuntu, Red Hat, VMWare VCF, Data Centre, Enterprise networking, WAN/LAN/WLAN, Routing, Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAN optimisation, ZTNA services, Load Balancing You will also have the following; Experience with Azure SSO (App Registrations / Enterprise Applications) and Conditional Access Policies. Just in Time Access and zScaler products. Well-developed written and communications skills Solid understanding of Infrastructure Security Strong ability to influence and negotiate
