Job description

  • The post holder will support the Electronic Staff Record Learning Management System (ESRLMS).
  • Lead in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of administration processes and supporting a wide range of projects.
  • The postholder will be responsible for maintaining accurate statutory, mandatory and role essential training records within the Trust's ESRLMS and generating a wide range of training reports.
  • The post holder will provide support to staff with system issues and support with maintaining intranet pages.

Requirements

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ESR Learning Management Systems Administrator to join our friendly and efficient Learning Management Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, team player to join our workforce. Ideally, you should have experience in the use of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) providing advice and transactional services to employees and managers. You should have excellent computer skills including Excel and Word and it is essential that you can adapt to the changing requirements of the ESR system that result from Department of Health and Trust initiatives.
