Data Engineer

• Collect, clean, link and validate data from multiple sources
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
• Distill key messages from diverse information sources for management and negotiate remediation plans
• Work autonomously while maintaining team alignment
• Demonstrate persuasion, determination, and a willingness to learn

Do you have experience in VBA?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Bachelor's or Master degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

Required Experience

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics .

Technical Experience

Mandatory

• Strong proficiency in SQL and knowledge of SAS
• Proven experience in data pooling & sampling with end-user friendly techniques (self servicing)
• Proven experience in setting up data solutions in complex environment
• Advanced Excel skills and VBA

Preferable

• Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus (Power BI, Tableau)

Business Experience

Mandatory

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and synthesize messages
• Ability to negotiate and build relationships with internal stakeholders

Preferable

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of data governance and GDPR compliance
