Scrum master

As the Infrastructure Scrum Master at Keytrade Bank, your role is to support the Infrastructure team composed of various profiles such as systems & database admins, network & security engineers, DevOps & AWS engineers, 1st line of support engineers as well as Infrastructure team leads.

You'll be in charge of :

• Facilitating Agile events and collaboration, ensuring the team works efficiently and improves continuously.
• Promoting an Agile mindset across Infrastructure teams and coaching members, leads, and the PO on good practices.
• Supporting adaptive planning for yearly roadmaps, release trains, and sprints in collaboration with the PO and team leads.
• Helping the PO maintain a healthy backlog, balancing delivery, quality, operational work, and risk reduction.
• Removing impediments and ensuring issues are escalated or resolved quickly so the team can stay focused.
• Aligning the team on priorities defined by the Infrastructure PO and helping them reach meaningful goals.
• Assessing team capacity and ensuring sprint commitments reflect real workload and constraints.
• Using objective delivery metrics (e.g. flow, reliability, blockers...) - maintaining them, understanding them, and turning them into insights that reflect reality and drive team improvement.
• Contributing to Scrum Communitiy of Practice, sharing good practices, and nurturing a culture that blends Agile values with Keytrade's context.

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Experience or strong exposure to the Scrum Master role in a similar environment (Scrum / Kanban / flow-based delivery)

• Ability to use reporting and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) to turn data into actionable insights is desirable
• Basic general knowledge of Infrastructure:

• Systems ;
• Network, security & IAM ;
• Databases ;
• Public cloud (AWS).
