As a Data Migration Consultant, you will:

• Drive and manage data migration and data conversion activities within project environments.

• Align with stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and migration requirements.

• Plan and integrate data migration activities into overall project schedules.

• Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders across business and technical teams.

• Support and coordinate execution of data migration and conversion processes.

• Lead and support data-related cutover activities during project go-live phases.

• Perform detailed analysis and resolution of data-related issues and inconsistencies.

• Maintain and support data migration and conversion tools.

• Handle and resolve complex data migration and conversion requests.

• Provide second-level support for data migration tools and processes.

• Collaborate within data migration networks and cross-functional teams.

• Participate in IT community initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards.

• Strong experience in data migration and data conversion within project environments.

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end data migration activities and timelines.

• Experience working with data migration tools and support processes.

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex data-related issues.

• Experience in stakeholder coordination and cross-team collaboration.

• Familiarity with cutover planning and execution activities.

• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance requirements.

• Experience providing support and troubleshooting for migration tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills in multidisciplinary environments.
