Job description

The Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) plays a key role in delivering Landal's Stay App, used daily by guests throughout their stay. You combine technical leadership with delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable app experiences.

You work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and partners to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, while driving continuous improvement in performance, stability, and development efficiency.

What will you do:

As a Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) your tasks & responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile app features (React Native) from concept to production;
  • Act as a Tech Delivery Lead, aligning developers, architects, business teams, and vendors;
  • Ensure high-quality releases with focus on performance, scalability, and stability;
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and code quality;
  • Facilitate agile execution and team flow, including Scrum Master responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, * Strong experience with React Native and mobile app architecture (iOS/Android);

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, analytics, and performance optimization tools;
  • Proven ability in incident management, debugging, and technical troubleshooting;
  • Experience using AI tools in software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT);
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally with Scrum Master experience., Unfortunately for this position we're not able to support with a relocation or sponsoring a work visa in the Netherlands. Therefore, we can only consider applicants who are already residing in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit.

  • A salary between €4.808,45 and €6.869,21 gross per month on a full-time basis*;
