At Landal, we are continuously evolving our digital commerce platform to deliver seamless guest experiences. As Tech Delivery Lead (Web - Frontend Focus), you take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our webshop and web applications.
You are a frontend-leaning full-stack engineer who combines strong technical expertise with delivery leadership. You guide teams in building modern, scalable, and high-performing user experiences while ensuring smooth collaboration with backend and platform teams.
What will you do:
As a Tech Delivery Lead at Landal your tasks & responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of webshop and web features, from backlog to production;
- Translate business needs into frontend-focused solutions and technical designs;
- Ensure performance, scalability, accessibility, and code quality of web applications;
- Act as Tech Lead for frontend developers, guiding architecture and implementation;
- Coordinate teams and vendors, including agile facilitation (Scrum Master responsibilities when needed).
Requirements
Do you have experience in UI design?, * 6-10 years experience as a full-stack developer with strong frontend focus;
- Hands-on expertise with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js or similar);
- Solid understanding of APIs, backend interactions, and end-to-end application flows;
- Experience with frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalable UI design;
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, and Agile delivery tools (Jira/Azure DevOps).
As well it would be nice if you have experience with:
- Node.js or Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns;
- Design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI architecture;
- A/B testing, personalization, or frontend analytics tools;
- Using AI tools in development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).

- A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
