Job description
- Perform Quality Control of all repaired Launch Monitors.
- Generating Quotes, Jobs and invoices in accordance to working SOP.
- Provide customer communication via phone (backed up by Support Ticket System) for repairs that have been conducted and quality checked.
- Provide customer invoice via support ticket system.
- Responsible for setup of customer PCs and Laptops (including complimentary technology setups).
- Responsible for "checking-in" of all RMAs.
- Responsible for "checking-out" of all RMAs.
- Responsible for ensuring the loan fleet is ready for use by the team - using check in and quality control process.
- Responsible for liaising with manufacturers for updates to repairs.
- Assist with the maintenance of our Simulation/Demo environment.
- Assist with hardware repairs to internal and customer units.
- Preparation of certified pre-owned (CPO) units for resale
- Support for the support team;
- Hardware: Loan Agreement documentation (prepare & send to/contact customer)
- Hardware: Follow up call to customers who haven't responded to repair approval, Working Hours - This is a standard working hours role (no shift) working 37 hours per week.
