Job description
A newly formed, well-capitalised joint venture in the GCC is building a regulated, institution-grade stablecoin and digital payments platform. Backed by major regional institutions, the venture aims to create a globally scalable digital financial infrastructure originating from the GCC country. The CEO will lead the full build-out of the platform - technology, regulatory engagement, partnerships, and commercialisation - while shaping the organisation from the ground up, * Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for a regulated stablecoin and digital financial infrastructure platform, including technology, operations, compliance, and commercial functions
- Oversee issuance architecture, custody integration, blockchain deployment, and secure transaction and monitoring systems
- Build and scale institutional partnerships across banks, payment processors, exchanges, fintechs, and sovereign stakeholders
- Drive early adoption, transaction volume, and revenue growth through disciplined commercial execution
- Establish and maintain regulatory relationships, ensuring the platform meets the highest governance, compliance, and operational standards
- Build and lead a world-class organisation across technology, compliance, payments, and partnerships
- Report to the Board, propose KPIs, and ensure delivery against strategic, operational, and financial objectives
Requirements
- 15+ years' senior leadership experience in digital assets, payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or blockchain-based platforms
- Proven track record building or scaling regulated financial technology or institutional digital xhkmmrq asset platforms
- Deep understanding of tokenised financial infrastructure, blockchain architecture, compliance frameworks, and digital asset ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience working with regulators, financial institutions, and complex stakeholder environments
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to grow institutional channels, drive adoption, and build scalable revenue
- High governance standards, strong communication skills, and the stature to represent the venture at senior levels across public and private sectors
