We're supporting a major UK organisation undergoing significant transformation, including a large-scale migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion ERP. They are looking for an Applications Manager who can bring strong leadership, deep applications expertise, and stability across a complex, fast-moving environment. This Applications Manager will oversee a diverse enterprise applications estate spanning Finance, HR, Operations and Customer/Commercial domains. What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team across applications and platforms.
- Overseeing the performance, reliability, and security of a wide range of enterprise applications.
- Acting as the senior Applications Manager for a complex landscape.
- Supporting major programmes such as ERP migrations (including EBS ? Fusion).
- Driving high standards across incident, problem, change and release processes.
- Overseeing integrations, data flows, upgrades, patching and platform lifecycle management.

Requirements
- Strong experience as an Applications Manager within a complex environment.
- Proven track record supporting ERP platforms (Oracle EBS, Fusion, or similar).
- Experience working on large-scale migrations or transformation programmes.
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, automation, and modern engineering practices.
- Knowledge of underpinning Tech Services (Azure/AWS) is beneficial but not essential.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and the ability to simplify technical issues.
