Job description

  • The Integration of third-party systems into the BMS using MODbus, Mbus OR BACnet enabled devices.
  • The candidate will have proven ability to install, modify and demonstrate supervisor graphics
  • Make clients aware of the benefits and savings from adapting the system
  • Providing quotes for the replacement of faulty parts or items.
  • Providing controls & energy solutions and ideas.
  • Producing software strategy
  • To carry out routine health checks, service visits and breakdowns.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card, Construction Skills Certification Scheme certification?, * Qualified in Electronic or Electrical Engineering

  • Experienced in the commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Qualified and experienced with Trend & IQ Vision or Tridium systems
  • Able to write Software and Graphics from mechanical designs
  • BACnet, SIPP, Modbus systems experience desired.
  • CSCS/ECS or JIB registered, ideally ECS BMS technician card holder
  • Hold a valid driving licence
  • Required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes.
