Job description
- The Integration of third-party systems into the BMS using MODbus, Mbus OR BACnet enabled devices.
- The candidate will have proven ability to install, modify and demonstrate supervisor graphics
- Make clients aware of the benefits and savings from adapting the system
- Providing quotes for the replacement of faulty parts or items.
- Providing controls & energy solutions and ideas.
- Producing software strategy
- To carry out routine health checks, service visits and breakdowns.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card, Construction Skills Certification Scheme certification?, * Qualified in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
- Experienced in the commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Qualified and experienced with Trend & IQ Vision or Tridium systems
- Able to write Software and Graphics from mechanical designs
- BACnet, SIPP, Modbus systems experience desired.
- CSCS/ECS or JIB registered, ideally ECS BMS technician card holder
- Hold a valid driving licence
- Required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes.
