Job description

Support Engineer - M365, O365, Windows, Network, Field, 2nd Line, Printers, Azure, Active Directory, SAN, SQL, Hybrid (Milton Keynes area)

This is a fantastic Support Engineer opportunity to join a leading tech company.

The role is Hybrid, so 3 days a week in various offices around the Milton Keynes area the other 2 working from home. Due to the nature of some locations a driving license and car are essential.

The Support Engineer role comes with a car allowance but you will need your own vehicle from the start.

As Support Engineer you will be working in a Windows, MS365 environments with an in depth Knowledge of Windows 11, 10 and 7 as well as Microsoft Office 365 being essential. As Support Engineer, Active Directory and usual experience with laptops and mobile devices are essential as is some exposure to Azure. Windows Server and Imaging skills are essential as Support Engineer and issues/tickets you will cover can include printers, networking, tablets, back up and recovery. As Support Engineer experience of firewalls, Security, Migrations, SCCM or SQL Server are all desirable but not essential. The Support Engineer will be responsible for engaging with 3rd party and internal stakeholders so experience providing support both in person and remote and excellent communication skills are essential. Solid experience working through high volume of tickets/support requests are essential as Support Analyst. Microsoft certifications are desirable.
