Be part of a team that values innovation, partnership, and continuous improvement.As a Martech Product Owner Associate in the CIB Marketing Platform portfolio, you will own the Marketing Platform roadmap and book of work, supporting and acting as Product Owner for Marketing Automation when needed. You will drive initiatives from proof of concept to pilot to rollout, ensuring operational readiness and clear decision gates. You will lead vendor evaluations and onboarding, standardize intake and release playbooks, and coordinate integrations, SLAs, and change management. You will align stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Legal, and Controls, track KPIs and product metrics, and deliver executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
