deliver residential Yardi implementations for our clients, while also contributing to ongoing support and advisory services. The role is primarily implementation-focused, with responsibility for delivering successful implementations, optimisations and upgrades, supported by structured involvement in post-go-live support. The position requires strong delivery ownership within agreed project governance, confident client management and communication skills, and proven experience delivering enterprise-wide Yardi solutions within a residential environment.Key Responsibilities Implementation & Project DeliveryDeliver Yardi residential implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements from discovery through to go-live and stabilisationCapture and document detailed business, accounting, and operational requirements, applying industry best practices to solution designTranslate client business processes into effective Yardi configuration across core modules and integrated productsPlan and execute data migration activities, including requirements gathering, mapping support, validation, and testingManage system testing, cutover planning, rollout activities, and post-go-live supportDeliver high-quality client training tailored to business processes, roles, and operational needsExecute agreed project plans in collaboration with the designated Project Manager, where applicable, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets, and proactively identifying delivery risks and contributing to mitigation strategiesProvide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, working with the Project Manager where applicable, to elevate risks, issues, and dependencies appropriatelySupport & Advisory ServicesProvide advanced application support and troubleshooting for clients using Yardi Voyager and related residential productsSupport clients and internal teams via tickets, calls, and meetings, addressing configuration, process, data, and reporting queriesContribute to the corporate knowledge base, documenting solutions, processes, and best practicesAct as a subject matter expert across Yardi residential solutionsSupport and mentor junior consultants and support team members, fostering capability and consistencyCollaborate with project managers, support leads, developers, and data specialists to deliver integrated solutionsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, supporting product adoption, long-term value, and revenue growthEnsure all work is compliant with client policies, procedures, and internal quality standardsAdditional ResponsibilitiesAttend and lead client meetings, workshops, and training sessions, remotely and on-site as requiredTravel to client offices where necessary to support project deliveryRepresent 33Floors at relevant industry eventsMaintain flexibility to support clients outside standard business hours on an occasional basis, where required and agreed upon in advanceRequired ExperienceSignificant hands-on experience with Yardi, Department: Residential Estates ______________ Company: Canary Wharf Residential Management Limited ______________ Reporting to: Operations Manager ______________ JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Engineering Manager is responsible for the...
