Your daily work

Build and deliver a go-to-market strategy for IAM services You build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships and help acquire new client projects.

Provide thought leadership You act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping them optimize and strategize their services in IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance, Identity Analytics, and Enterprise Access.

Deliver IAM projects end-to-end You manage IAM projects from planning to execution, develop IAM strategies, and stay ahead of emerging IAM trends (passwordless, identity for agentic AI, identity security posture management)., * Flexible working models

Requirements
Do you have experience in SailPoint?, * You hold a degree in a technical or business-related field, or have equivalent working experience.
- You bring a minimum of 10 years' overall experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) topics.
- You have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, can build and maintain client and vendor relationships, and use your open, engaging personality to support business development and win new client projects.
- You have experience empowering and enabling a team.
- You have deep experience in one core pillar of IAM-Identity and Access Governance, PAM, or Access Management-and working knowledge of at least one leading IAM product or technology (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, PingIdentity, Okta, EntraID).
- Your German and English skills are excellent, both spoken and written; fluency in French is an advantage.
- You bring a hands-on approach, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and an independent work style, and you enjoy frequent travel.
