ERP Systems & Projects Product Supply Technician

We are seeking for someone who ensures the quality, integrity, and governance of SAP master data for the Madrid production plant and global products, acting as the bridge between business functions and the IT Master Data team. He/she will have to centralize and manage requests for master data creation and updates; review and approve changes; support SAP incidents for standard change requests and others (including design, testing, and documentation); draft and maintain SOPs, WINs, and FRMs; and support global projects-ensuring that any ERP changes are aligned with business and supply chain processes.

Fields of responsibility

• Responsible for supporting master data creation/changes requests of Madrid production plant and other global products.
• Support on SAP changes requests from Product Supply Madrid.

Work Assignments

• Deep understanding of the requirements from the different areas regarding master data.
• Handle the requests of the master data requirements/changes of the different departments of the production plant and for other global products.
• Review and approve the master data changes done by Master Data Team in IT.
• Handle SAP incidents/request for SAP standard changes and support to others (including design, testing and documentation).
• Provide support to global projects.
• Draft, review documentation (SOPs, WINs, FRMs, etc,) regarding master data support or changes in ERP that could affect the business and/ or supply chain processes.

Competences required to fulfil the area of responsibilities and work assignments:

• Education: Master's degree in Life Sciences or Higher Vocational Education in a science-related field.

• Experience:

• Experience of working in a matrix organization and within virtual teams.

• Knowledge in SAP (modules MM, PP, QM and WM).

• Knowledge in Master Data preferred.

• Familiarity with GxP and the pharmaceutical industry preferred.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Ability to negotiate and initiative, proactivity, decision making.

• Result oriented and proactive behaviour.

• Able to work independently and within a team.
