• Manage and resolve client support tickets with speed and professionalism
• Deliver onboarding and training that sets clients up for success

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * Experience in a client-facing SaaS Experience in customer support, HR advisory, or a SaaS environment

• Genuine interest in HR technology and how systems support HR processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication - you make the complex feel simple
• Strong ownership mentality - you see problems through to resolution
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads without dropping the ball
• CIPD qualification or HR-related degree, desirable
