Your role Interested in working in finance, and have a passion for technology, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Group Operations and Technology Office Graduate Talent Program. You'll get to: * collaborate with experienced engineers to design, develop, and test blockchain-based solutions for payments and liquidity management * support the creation and deployment of smart contracts and programmable cash frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal policies and technology standards * contribute to the development of training materials and hands-on exercises to help teams adopt new digital asset technologies * stay up to date with the latest advancements in blockchain, Web3, and digital finance, sharing your insights with the team * work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate digital asset capabilities into existing platforms and processes Your team You'll be working
Requirements
in the Group Operations and Technology Office located in Zurich. We're responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our world-class technology solutions. We're a global organization with multiple streams that align with each of the key functional areas within UBS to ensure that our solutions meet business needs. Your expertise We're looking for a candidate who: * has completed their bachelor's or master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date, preferably in a MINT topic * has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative * is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills * is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines * demonstrates a clear interest in digital assets, fintech, or blockchain through studies, internships, or extracurricular activities * has hands-on experience or coursework in: DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD
