Reporting to the Platform Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Power Platform team and key business stakeholders across Wealth Management. In this role, you will develop and improve our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate, ensuring high-quality solutions that support business operations and growth. You will balance technical complexity with business needs, keep pace with industry trends, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Working with colleagues across the division and wider group, you will help maintain and support our Power Platform solutions, ensuring best practices in design, development, and governance. The role is based in London but occasionally you may be expected to travel to other locations as the role demands. Responsibilities Development & Coding: Coding and development of innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas Apps), D365 Use best practices in the development of solutions and ensure documentation is robust and easy to understand Solution Support & Improvement: Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for existing solutions. Ensure appropriate governance and support documentation is in place. Collaboration and Communication: Work as a technical SME within the change portfolio for the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 and communicate necessary updates to stakeholders around the business. Solution Design: Contribute to the technical design and architecture of our solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform including Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Ensure our solution adheres to group standards across architecture, security and integration. Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Developer working with Power Platform/Dynamics 365. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365/Power Platform. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience with data integration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
