ERP Programme Manager

A Glasgow based Public Sector organisation are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a strategic ERP Feasibility Programme, exploring solution options across Workday and Oracle ERP. You will be responsible for shaping the programme approach, managing key stakeholders, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring clear delivery of findings and recommendations., * Lead and manage the overall ERP Feasibility Programme

• Coordinate assessments of Unit4 vs Workday and/or Oracle ERP capabilities
• Drive planning, governance, reporting, and executive updates
• Manage risks, issues, timelines, and interdependencies
• Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external partners

• Strong background in Programme Management within large, Public-Sector organisations
• Experience delivering ERP, HR, or Finance transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Unit4, Workday and Oracle ERP etc
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - C-suite Stakeholder Manaement
