AI Implementation Consultant

Our client, a tech startup from Ghent, is building an AI tool designed to optimize sales processes., They are looking for an AI Implementation Consultant who will work directly with customers to understand their workflows, CRM setup, and team dynamics. You'll play a key role in both pre- and post-sales conversations, translating processes into tailored configurations that scale with the business and integrate seamlessly into existing tech stacks.

This hybrid role combines technical implementation with close customer collaboration.

You'll design conversation flows, write effective AI prompts, and use JSON, SQL, and CRM knowledge to configure the AI tool's behavior. At the same time, you'll work closely with clients to ensure configurations are scalable, reliable, and aligned with their goals.

What you'll be doing

• Scaling Impact: Define and document scalable configurations, best practices, and repeatable solutions that support rapid growth and ensure consistent excellence across the client base.
• Understanding Customer Workflows: Engage directly with prospects and clients to understand sales processes, CRM setups, goals, and challenges-identifying where the AI tool can add the most value.
• Translating Workflows into Configuration: Collaborate with engineering to translate workflows into scalable AI configurations using JSON-based schemas and prompting logic.
• Demonstrating Value: Tailor demos, build proofs of concept, and guide clients on how the AI tool integrates with existing systems to unlock efficiency and insight.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Sales during pre-sales to craft compelling solutions and partner with Customer Success post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working with JSON-based schemas and AI behavior logic
• Solid understanding of CRM workflows and sales team operations

• 3+ years in similar configuration or implementation roles at a tech company
