SAP Finance Functional Analyst HYBRID in Brussels Belgium (EU PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY)

Part of the assignment can be carried out remotely in agreement with the manager, but a minimum presence of 2 days per week on-site in Gosselies is mandatory. Additional on-site days may occasionally be required depending on service needs. Since the Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, a driver's license and a vehicle are required. Travel to other sites may also occur.

Assignment Context:

The SAP Finance Business Analyst will join the IT SAP BA team to support the existing organization.

Main Tasks:

Gather and formalize business needs as a list of requirements with all relevant information, and establish links between them and/or with other initiatives

Write sequence diagrams (UML) based on BPMN diagrams provided by the business

Lead workshops with various stakeholders (including business teams)

Capture and formalize business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications (DFS)

Contribute to solution studies

Write relevant documentation

Build approved solutions in the development system

Carry out testing activities under their responsibility

Participate in migration activities

As the role requires administrator rights or access to confidential information, it is classified as high risk for information systems.

Ability to formalize functional analysis using various UML diagrams - Must have

French level C2 (CEFR) - Must have

Proven experience with new SAP Finance S/4 structures (Universal Journal, table simplification) - Must have

Proven experience writing and validating test scenarios - Must have

Proven experience with SAP Finance in ECC6 - Must have

Proven experience with SAP Finance in S/4 HANA - Must have

Proven experience as a functional analyst - Must have (5+ years, senior)

Participation in at least one S/4HANA migration or deployment project - Must have

Nice to have:

Ability to interpret and understand BPMN diagrams

English level B1

Experience with a testing management tool (HPQC or equivalent)

Experience with a modelling tool (Sparx EA or equivalent)

Proven experience in testing methodologies and techniques (integration and functional)

This is a Full-Time Assignment with an estimated duration of 5-6 months (renewable), ideally starting - April 2026.
