- Act as a technical interface to customers during rollouts and incident resolution.
- Work closely with engineering to identify root causes and improve system robustness.
- Build internal tools, scripts, and automated checks to scale support and operations.
- Document recurring issues and establish best practices for troubleshooting.
- Occasionally support on-site deployments across Germany and Europe., * Real-world impact: Your work directly affects live systems used in stores across multiple countries.
- Steep learning curve: Deep exposure to Linux, networking, distributed systems, and AI-powered applications.
- Bridge role: Grow beyond support into infrastructure, DevOps, or MLOps over time.
- Hands-on from day one: Work on real deployments, not just internal tooling.
- Close to the product: Collaborate directly with core engineers and influence system improvements.
- Learn from top engineers: Work closely with a highly experienced, international team (ex-Meta, Amazon, Qualcomm, ASML, …).
- Strong growth potential: Ideal role for ambitious engineers who want to quickly expand their technical scope.
