Job description
A Japanese manufacturer based in Germany is currently recruiting an IT & Digital Transformation Coordinator to work in their Frankfurt office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving internal digital transformation initiatives, improving business processes, and optimising internal systems while collaborating with various departments and external vendors., * Drive internal DX initiatives, including digitalisation and automation of business processes
- Plan and execute business improvement and IT-related projects
- Optimise existing internal systems and support new system implementation
- Manage and coordinate external IT vendors and service providers
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote effective use of IT systems
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have experience in internal IT or system-related roles, involvement in DX or business improvement projects, and the ability to proactively bridge business needs and IT solutions., * Experience in internal IT, system administration, or related roles
- Experience in business improvement, DX initiatives, or IT project involvement
- Ability to proactively identify issues and propose improvements
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and IT functions
- Business level English and German
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based tools
- Vendor management experience
- Japanese language skills
