IT/Tech Recruiter - limited for 2 years

• You own the end-to-end recruiting process for IT/tech roles in Germany and Spain from requirements intake to offer
• You advise hiring managers on profile refinement, market and compensation trends, and interview setup
• You run active sourcing across relevant channels (e.g., LinkedIn, specialist forums, communities
• You screen candidates and conduct qualifying calls as well as interviews
• You design and execute targeted employer branding initiatives (content, social media, events) and build talent pools and university partnerships
• You collaborate closely with the HR Operations Teams (DE/ES) and Group Functions and manage external partners (e.g., agencies, headhunters

• You have 2-3 years of experience in IT/tech recruiting (in-house or agency), ideally with international exposure
• You demonstrate a track record of success in active sourcing for software, cloud/DevOps, AI, data, and security roles
• You are proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search, and you leverage GitHub/Stack Overflow for sourcing
• You have experience with interview and assessment methods and the use of structured scorecards
• You understand software development lifecycles, common tech stacks, and role profiles, and can translate requirements to the audience
• You communicate very well in German and English and have strong Spanish skills; you also bring basic knowledge of German labor law and sensitivity to differences in Spain
