Job description

We're looking for a detail-driven CCTV Report Writer & Processor to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring all CCTV survey data is accurately reviewed, processed, and turned into clear, professional reports for clients.

You'll be working closely with our operations team, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality outputs that support project decisions and compliance requirements., * Review and interpret CCTV drainage survey footage

  • Produce accurate, structured reports using industry-standard coding (e.g. WRC where applicable)
  • Ensure all reports meet company and client quality standards
  • Process survey data efficiently and within required timeframes
  • Liaise with engineers and operations teams to clarify findings where needed
  • Maintain organised digital records of all surveys and reports
  • Highlight defects, issues, and recommendations clearly within reports

Requirements

Do you have experience in Report writing?, * Previous experience in CCTV drainage reporting

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Good IT skills and confidence using reporting software
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Knowledge of drainage systems and survey standards (advantageous)
  • OSX19 training will be required
