Job description
To review and document CCTV surveys to support maintenance, repair planning and compliance. The role ensures footage is captured to the correct technical standards, identifies defects or blockages, and produces clear, structured reports that help engineers and clients understand the conditions of drainage assets., * · Receiving Surveys from CCTV Surveyors
- · Logging Surveys onto NAS System
- · Completing Surveys in Wincan
- · Updating Operations Team on progress
- · Quality Checking Surveys prior to distribution
- · Training Surveyors to ensure best outcomes and reduce queries
- · Liaising with clients answering queries etc.
- · Pricing further works
- · Liaising with the sales team to maximise revenues
- · Managing the CCTV equipment / Repairs
- · Draw plans using Cad System (training will be provided as required)
- · Management of equipment and repair schedules to ensure continued availability
- Reporting on damage or negligence
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years Rig CCTV manager experience or CCTV office experience
- OSX19 / OSX20 Qualifications desirable but not essential
- Extensive knowledge using Wincan programme to be able to quality check and produce high standard reports
- Estimating for remedial works where required
- Report and escalate to management where needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties
- Computer literate and ability to work on systems / portals
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Work with the Operations Team
- To be able to pass security clearance to work on our military contracts, * Rig CCTV manager or CCTV office: 2 years (required)
