Web Developer & Designer

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our innovative software engineering team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications, providing technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, and contributing to modern web solutions using Java, React, and cloud-based services. You will also engage in process mapping, project management, and lead requirements gathering with stakeholders., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, React, .NET Core, and related technologies.

• Develop mobile-responsive applications and solutions for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with production teams and leadership to communicate project status, technical challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Support existing applications while driving improvements and implementing modern software development practices.
• Utilize Unity Source Code knowledge and commercial software development experience where applicable.
• Explore and support emerging technologies, including AI platforms, Azure Cognitive Services, and other cloud-native solutions.
• Implement AI-driven features, such as machine learning models, natural language processing, chatbots, or predictive analytics, in web applications.
• Participate in Agile-Scrum ceremonies and follow TDD/BDD practices for quality-driven development.
• Lead stakeholder meetings for solution design, business process refinement, and requirements gathering.
• Ensure documentation, code quality, and adherence to organizational and industry standards.

• Atleast 3 years + experience in working in similar or equivalent role is must.
• Working exposure to UK and EU market is must.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages, Web API.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework, Hibernate).
• Understanding of software development best practices, testing principles, and quality assurance.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and modern development tools such as Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of mobile app development, responsive design, and cross-platform frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps is advantageous., * Software development: 2 years (required)
